During my experience with crypto trading, I was once confused when choosing between Spot and Futures. With Spot, I own the actual asset, which has less risk and is suitable for long-term investment. On the other hand, Futures are more flexible, allowing for profit even when the market declines, but they come with high risk if capital is not managed well.

After a period of experimentation, I chose Spot for long-term accumulation and only use Futures when I have a clear strategy and employ low leverage. In my opinion, each person should choose a strategy based on their goals and risk management capabilities.
