Entering the crypto world is like getting on a roller coaster without a seatbelt. One day you feel like the next Elon Musk and the next you think about moving to the park with your dog. Yes, it's that dramatic.

I took my first steps in Binomo (yes, that run that catches you called fast trading). I learned as a good self-taught person, and although I earned something during the pandemic, I think I gained more wisdom than actual money. Now on Binance, I seek more calm with Simple Earn, which I recommend to beginners so they don't have a heart attack before starting.

Here are some tips that have saved me from going bald:

✅ Start with what doesn't hurt to lose: Think of that money like those impulsive clothing purchases that you never wore. If you lose it, it hurts less. If you want to learn, imagine it's like a 'little rent' that instead of spending on Netflix, you put here. Think that you won’t get it back, and that makes you feel less lost when it goes down, and excited (without running away) when it goes up.

✅ Don't look at the price every five minutes: I used to do it... until I realized it made me more nervous than waiting for an unanswered 'seen'.

✅ Have a plan (and don't change it with every red candle): Without a plan, you're like me in the supermarket without a list: you end up buying anything and regretting it later.

✅ Breathe and write: It sounds cheesy, but writing down what you feel before panic selling can save you from doing something foolish. I learned this after selling at the worst moment (true story).

✅ Watch those who know and dare to find patterns: Don't just stay watching memes. Look at what those with more experience are doing and start seeing your own signals.

In crypto, your worst enemy is not the market: it's you and your emotions! So relax, make yourself a coffee (or a tequila), and remember that this is a long-term game.

And you? What craziness have you done because of panic? Tell me, I'm sure I'm not alone! 🐺💛
