Injustice with the points reward system on Binance

I want to express my total dissatisfaction with how Binance is handling point rewards. I was consistently accumulating points to redeem a specific reward (for example, $1 for 100 points). When I was approaching 50 points, that reward was removed without notice and replaced with a more expensive one ($2 for 200 points).

Now that I finally reached 100 points, surprise! They also removed the 200 points reward. This is not fair. It seems like an intentional strategy to prevent users from redeeming what they have earned through effort.

❓Why do rewards disappear just when one is about to reach them?

❗This demotivates loyal users and damages trust in the platform.

I ask that Binance:

Be transparent with changes to the rewards

Notify in advance if they are going to remove any

Maintain realistic and achievable options for users who have already accumulated points under certain conditions
