I believe it has started to form a positive pattern, which is a Bullish Flag.
It just needs to hold above the area marked in blue, as it currently represents a strong resistance.
The targets are indicated in green,
and the main support is marked in red.
As for the altcoins, I expect their final bottom to form between this month and the next.
