#NUPL basically shows how much profit all $BITCOIN holders are sitting on. Think of it as an emotion-meter for crypto.
The chart shows the following pattern:
2017 / 2021: NUPL peaks at overbought levels, followed by a phase of overextension (NUPL declining, price rising)
2025: We haven't hit the overbought zone yet.
What this means: No cycle top yet.
People aren't massively overextended on profits yet.
Look at 2021 - we got that classic double top with bearish divergence when price was overextended.
Right now, we're a good distance away from that level.
