Why is there all this certainty in the connection between Dogecoin and Bitcoin? What is the point of comparison? They share only the general name 'cryptocurrency', but as technology, there is no basis for comparison between them. Their blockchain technology is the key.

The question is, are cryptocurrencies a scam on people?
Is there anyone focusing, for example:
Dogecoin was priced at 0.16$ eight months ago, and Bitcoin was at 70,000$ .
Bitcoin rose to 100,000$ , and Dogecoin rose to 0.48$
The price of Bitcoin decreased to 80,000$ , and Dogecoin decreased to 0.13$
Currently, Bitcoin has risen more than before to 109,000$ , and Dogecoin has only risen to 0.16$ .
I’m not just talking about Dogecoin, but about all other cryptocurrencies like Cardano, Ethereum... and others.
They say other coins follow Bitcoin; if Bitcoin rises, they rise, and if it falls, they fall. But why, if Bitcoin has risen, do the other coins still have the same prices? They only rise slightly compared to Bitcoin.
