patience and more patience.... I lost 50% of my portfolio because I got carried away by FOMO, disorder of selling low and out of control. now just waiting for it to rise to make it a habit

$PEPE I don't know if it happens to you, but every time I buy a crypto, even if I've been waiting weeks for it to rise, it doesn't. Is it manipulation? I bought Pepe two weeks ago at a price of 1130 and so far it hasn't exceeded that price.
