1. My company was once invited by WEF (World Economic Forum) to discuss the difficulties many people face in obtaining decent housing.
2. In 2023, my company was invited to attend the ASEAN Summit and also became a guest at the Selangor International Business Summit in the same year. This year, my company also participated in the Selangor Business Summit.
3. My company has also collaborated with many government banks for the home ownership loan program (KPR).
4. My company has been established since 2017 and has developed 300 middle to upper-class housing units ($37k - $110k).
5. The legality of the company, certificates, everything is clear and can be verified for authenticity.
With a company profile like that, I believe the token that I will create can be equivalent to USDT (underlying dollar) and PAXG (underlying gold).
When else can one have a coin with a clear underlying asset, and this idea could be the first in Indonesia? Furthermore, in the future, I want to establish restaurants, hotels, hospitals, etc., with the same system.
The basis is crowdfunding; all financial transactions are combined with blockchain for transparency, and then there is a dashboard that can be accessed by coin owners to monitor the company's project activities.
