Crypto Trader Accuses Exchange MEXC of Freezing Account for $9.15 Million Without Evidence and Demands...

Ivan, a Russian crypto trader and freelance designer from Yekaterinburg, claims that the cryptocurrency exchange MEXC Global (often referred to as MXC) has frozen his trading account with more than $9.15 million under dubious and unsubstantiated accusations. According to him, he has been actively using the platform for over a year, but in response to his inquiries, he received only fabricated excuses, absurd demands, and no evidence of any wrongdoing.

"I was told that I must fly to Singapore for personal verification, despite the fact that I had already completed the full KYC procedure and provided medical documents confirming that I cannot travel due to health reasons," Ivan recounts. "Then they demanded bank statements, then a doctor’s note, scheduled a video call... and in the end, they simply extended the account freeze for another year, stating that there is an 'American investigation' — without providing any evidence whatsoever."
