Currently, the well-known old altcoins can be roughly divided into two categories:

1. Trend-type (sustained upward momentum): These types of coins have relatively stable price increases, with multiple adjustments occurring during price fluctuations, providing repeated entry opportunities, suitable for trend-following strategies.

2. Explosive-type (rapid increase in a short period): The price increases of these types of coins are concentrated in a very short time, usually experiencing extreme volatility, lacking mid-way adjustments, and almost no opportunities for mid-way entry, only allowing for breakout chasing.

For example: UNI, AAVE, and LTC belong to the trend-type, while BCH is more inclined towards the explosive-type.
