$BTC pretty much 3 weeks within this same range w. deviations on both ends (up and down). Price hasn't done anything relatively speaking and your only job right now is to survive during this chop and not get destroyed. Best to probably not take any trades (I've taken a few today and lost pretty much all)

When to add to your position: 1) when you're deep underwater and want to DCA down. Do this until you have 100x leverage and you are break even 2) when price pumps a lot and at resistance. Surely the sellers are wrong, not you.
