Has anyone ever told you that on the day of a triple meal, you actually don't need to grind points?
Think about it, based on a daily score of 16 points, today with a triple meal that means a deduction of 45 points. If you grind 16 points today, it's equivalent to a deduction of 29 points today; if you don't grind, that's a deduction of 2 points, which means a deduction of 43 points. Scoring 16 points for 15 days gives you 240 points; deducting 29 or 43 leaves you with either 211 or 197 points hanging for 15 days, which makes no difference. If 240 is not safe, then after that, grinding for seven or eight days at 17 points, that adds up to 7 points, which would only be 218 points. So, on the day of the triple meal air drop, grinding is pointless because you still need to get past the deduction day to receive the air drop later. Of course, this doesn't take into account the limited-time score reduction for claiming air drops later.
With a daily score of 17 points, the total score is 255. With a triple meal deduction of 45, you're left with 210. If you grind, that's 210 + 17 = 227; if you don't grind, that's 210 + 2 = 212, still no chance for the air drop. Even if the air drop score decreases later, the actual missing points from that day just means you'll be one day later in getting full health and full points.
