The souvenir production company SRM Entertainment announced a strategic partnership with a private investor and the launch of a new TRON-oriented treasury strategy. The initial investment amount will be $100 million, with the full realization of the deal estimated at $210 million.

According to the securities acquisition agreement, the company will receive investments to create the TRON Treasury Strategy — an initiative aimed at integrating cryptocurrency $TRX into the company's financial infrastructure.

As part of the deal, SRM Entertainment will issue 100,000 Series B preferred shares, which can be converted into 200 million common shares at a price of $0.50 per share, as well as 220 million warrants for the purchase of additional shares at the same price.

The founder of the blockchain #Tron Justin Sun has officially been appointed as an advisor to SRM Entertainment. His involvement indicates the company's integration into the field of #Web3 and digital assets.

"Stablecoins and blockchain are revolutionizing global payments, making them faster, cheaper, and more transparent. With over 310 million users and daily transactions exceeding $20 billion, TRON aims to become the main protocol for on-chain settlements worldwide," commented Justin Sun.

The company also announced plans to change its name to Tron Inc. after the deal is completed and strategic initiatives are implemented. The introduction of the token staking program $TRX is expected to allow the start of a dividend policy that will create long-term value for shareholders.
