The Japanese company Metaplant has purchased 1112 Bitcoins for 117.2 million USD at an average price of approximately 105.435 USD per Bitcoin.
With this transaction, the company has acquired nearly 10,000 Bitcoins with a total investment of 947 million USD at a cost of 94.697 USD per Bitcoin.
To finance this acquisition, Metaplant issued interest-free bonds worth 210 million USD, furthering its goal to accumulate at least 210,000 Bitcoins in its possession by the end of 2027.
