The latest purchase was made at an average price of approximately $105,000 per bitcoin, totaling approximately $117 million. The company’s overall average purchase price for its bitcoin holdings now stands at approximately $96,000 per bitcoin, Metaplanet utilizes key performance indicators such as BTC Yield to evaluate the effectiveness of its bitcoin acquisition strategy, which aims to enhance shareholder value. The company reported a BTC Yield of 87.2% for the quarter ending June 16, 2025, following previous yields of 41.7%, 309.8%, and 95.6% in the preceding quarters.
