The Ministry of Public Security builds the national blockchain platform NDAChainThe National Data Association – under the Ministry of Public Security announces the launch of the “Make in Vietnam” blockchain platform named NDAChain, aimed at building a national decentralized digital identity infrastructure (DID).NDAChain is different from current commercial blockchains. This platform is designed to:- Meet the current legal and technical standards of Vietnam- Integrate smoothly with e-government, banking, and businesses- Be a strategic step to build a sovereign, transparent data market that fits the cultural and legal characteristics of VietnamServing over 100 million Vietnamese people, NDAChain is introduced with a transaction processing speed of 1,200 TPS and core technologies including:- Permissioned Blockchain - Proof of Authority (PoA)- Zero-Knowledge Proofs- Global interactionCurrently, NDAChain is in the early stage of small-scale testing, collecting practical feedback. After completing the assessment, the project will expand trials in major cities and provinces, aiming for nationwide coverage.
