The SEC has approved the $2.3 billion Bitcoin Treasury agreement of Trump Media - allowing the company to raise capital and purchase BTC, becoming one of the largest public Bitcoin repositories. The company has also filed for a Bitcoin ETF for Truth Social, aiming to provide direct access to BTC for shareholders.
