So today I became a futures trader… well, sort of. I decided to dip my toes into the world of futures by making a small practice trade on FARTCOINUSDT (because obviously, if I’m going to risk it, it might as well be on a coin that sounds like a joke 😎💨).
Here’s how it went:
👉 I bravely opened a tiny position (15x leverage — because I’m adventurous but not crazy 😂).
👉 I stared at the chart like it was a horror movie. Every green candle = my new best friend. Every red candle = mild heart attack.
👉 My PnL kept dancing between +$0.04 and -$0.09 like it was mocking me.
👉 I set stop-loss and take-profit, but kept checking every 30 seconds like somehow my watching would make the price move my way.
✨ What I learned:
– Futures trading is not for the faint-hearted — my heart rate hit cardio levels. 🫀
– Tiny profits feel like winning the lottery when it’s your first trade.
– Respect risk. Futures can flip on you faster than my mood during this trade.
In the end, I made enough profit to… maybe buy half a samosa. But hey — small wins! Now I feel like a seasoned trader. 😂
