The three components of Port3 are SoGraph, Social Aggregator, and Social Data Layer, corresponding to three stages: data collection, data aggregation, and data application.
From the literal meaning, it can be seen that these three modules work together organically. Currently, the entire Web3 is still in the early sprouting and initial construction stage of the data layer. Port3 focuses on realizing some application scenarios to build a vast social data layer.
Social data is significantly different from the data required by previous projects like DeFi; it cannot be easily verified like price data. Therefore, early application scenarios like SoQuest are necessary, combined with community bots to automatically collect data and establish standard behavioral data from users.
Finally, through SoGraph, off-chain data from various Web2 social platforms is combined with various on-chain data. Using ML and big data processing algorithms, this data is processed into market-required metrics, member lists, social/spam volume, and sentiment indicators, etc. This long-term integrated data can be used for the next stage of application scenarios. Diverse data applications and task incentives can attract more users to participate in building the data layer, thus achieving a virtuous cycle.
Therefore, the three modules of Port3 transform the active but scattered data of the community into clear and standardized data, and by integrating tools such as on-chain analysis, better serve project parties, investors, researchers, community management, and users.
