Altius is building a strong and engaged global community, and we invite passionate individuals to become key contributors through the Ambassador Program. Whether you are an influential leader looking to expand Altius's reach or an active community member wanting to contribute through content and engagement, we have a place for you!
This program will be highly competitive. There are many people in the Altius community, and while we want to include as many of you as possible, we also want to ensure this program is small enough to run smoothly.
Ambassador Roles — Sorted by Performance & Accuracy
There are 4 levels of ambassadors:
1. 🛞 Garage Rookie — new and active members who create content of various types and levels. Welcome to the garage.
2. 🏎️ Track Specialist — a standout Rookie who consistently delivers high-quality content, hosts Altius meetings, and drives community engagement daily.
3. 🎟️ Paddock Leader — strategic contributors who help develop the ecosystem through ideas, campaigns, contests, and coordination in the real world. Key figures in the paddock.
4. 🔧 Paddock Crew — trusted and high-performing community members who work closely with the Altius team. This is access to the pit wall: leadership, execution, coordination.
How does it work?
This program operates on a performance-based system supported by the Altius Ambassador Bot — no more Google Forms or clutter. Tasks are submitted via Discord, reviewed by the team, and assessed based on creativity, effort, and execution.
Each role has its own path. Each path gives you points. The leaderboard shows who is at the top.
Tasks & Points
You will have access to various tasks designed to support your growth and contribute to the development of the Altius community. Tasks will vary depending on your focus area and will be tailored to encourage engagement, learning, and community building.
Examples of Ambassador responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Content Creation
Infographics & Visuals: Create and share infographics, art, memes, GIFs, stickers, or Altius-branded merchandise.
Video: Produce a long or short video explaining or promoting Altius.
Blog Writing: Write in-depth blogs about Altius that cover various aspects of the project.
Tweet Thread: Create an educational Twitter thread about Altius topics.
2. Growth & Community Engagement
Social Media Support: Like, retweet, and comment on official Altius posts.
Telegram Promotion: Publish Altius-related posts in Telegram channels (minimum 1,000 subscribers).
Host Competition: Organize community contests (prior approval required).
Meetings & Events:
Online Meeting: Organize a virtual event (min. 30 participants, team approval required).
IRL: Organize a local meeting (min. 10 participants, approval needed).
Discord Moderation or Local Language Account Management: Maintain and grow a community page focused on Altius.
3. Technical & Educational Contributions
Translation: Translate Altius blogs and materials into other languages.
Technical Work: Provide valuable technical contributions to Altius. Testing or writing tutorials.
How it Works:
Complete tasks and submit them via the Altius Discord Bot.
Team members will review your submissions to ensure quality.
You will receive points based on creativity, effort, and impact.
The leaderboard tracks points, displaying the top contributors each month.
Important Rules:
Minimum Requirements: Ambassadors must earn at least 15 points per month to maintain their status.
Quality Matters: Focus on quality over quantity to earn better rewards! Low-quality work may receive fewer points or none at all, so ensure your work meets the expected standards.
There is no maximum monthly point limit for any Ambassador.
This system encourages consistency, fair competition, and meaningful contributions!

While ambassadors will have various areas of activity — such as Discord Moderator, International Representative, or Technical and Creative Ambassador — they will share key responsibilities that enhance our community:
Community Engagement: Ambassadors must actively engage with community members, answer questions, encourage discussions, and create a welcoming environment for newcomers.
Collaboration: Ambassadors will work closely with each other and with the core team to align goals, share insights, and coordinate efforts.
Advocacy: Ambassadors represent the project, spread awareness, promote its values, and educate others about its mission. They should uphold the project's reputation and encourage broader adoption.
Feedback: Ambassadors act as a bridge between the community and the project team, gathering valuable insights, providing constructive feedback to improve products, services, or initiatives.
Participation in Events: Ambassadors need to participate in and promote events such as AMAs, hackathons, conferences, and local meetups. Their involvement helps strengthen community engagement and project visibility.
It is crucial for all ambassadors to adhere to the following principles to maintain the integrity and success of the program:
Cheating to earn points is prohibited. Prioritize quality over quantity.
Treat all members with respect and kindness.
Engage in positive and constructive conversations.
Uphold the integrity of the Altius community.
