About asking me whether I can continue shorting and how to go long
My answer is, I like to short, and as long as it reaches the upper line on the daily chart, there shouldn't be any problem shorting it
Trading itself is a process of trial and error. If you are afraid to short at the high points, similarly, you won't dare to go long at the low points, and in the end, you can only follow the market's fluctuations to chase highs and cut losses, which is not right
I tend to short without hesitation, but I'm scared to go long; the issue is, I don't hold onto losing positions, I take my losses
So overall, I'm actually okay with shorting, but I'm a bit disheartened by these short-term fluctuations
In a scene from 'War, Inc.', Cage gets taken out in Africa, he asks someone if they are sick, and the other person replies, why worry about a sickness that will only take you down in ten years
Similarly, the daily chart has reached the upper line; should we look at 13, 15, or even the next 100 waffle coins, does this affect shorting in the short term, or will every time we chase long lead to new highs
Why should we worry about a target that will only be reached in ten years? We are dealing with futures, if you are optimistic about such a high target, then I suggest you hold onto it long-term, rather than being concerned with the gains and losses of a single day
Most of the time, it's more about an adjusting fluctuation, so on the daily upper line, I should be able to accept shorting down to the lower line
If I'm wrong, I just stop-loss and come back next time
