#TradingPairs101

In crypto or stock trading, a trading pair shows what two assets you're trading against each other—like BTC/ETH means you're trading Bitcoin for Ethereum. The first asset is what you're buying or selling, and the second is what you're using to make the trade. So if you buy BTC/USDT, you're using Tether (a stablecoin) to buy Bitcoin. Understanding trading pairs helps you know what you need in your wallet to make a trade and helps track the value of one asset in terms of another.
