I can't remember if it was 2021 or 2022, when I mistakenly sent USDT from the blockchain to the Binance contract address on the BSC chain.

At that moment, I panicked; no one had encountered this before, and there was no one around who knew what to do. I first asked the USDT official support, and they said there was nothing they could do. I felt a chill in my heart. Later, I mustered the courage to ask Binance customer service, after all, it was over 7000 USDT, which is not a small amount. The customer service said that I could retrieve it because it qualified for the anti-black hole program. Those who were old players on the chain that year should know about this program. I received a clear response, and I breathed a sigh of relief, but the customer service said that technical intervention was needed, and it was uncertain how long it would take to retrieve.

At that time, I thought it might be hopeless, but there was nothing I could do at this point; I could only wait for their response. Just when I was about to forget about this incident, one day I suddenly found that there was more than 7000 USDT in my BSC address, and I remembered this matter. At that moment, my favorability towards Binance skyrocketed because Binance was not just brushing off users; they were genuinely solving users' real problems.

Since it was my own mistake in entering the wrong address and had nothing to do with Binance, they only symbolically charged a small fee. Even if Binance did not help me retrieve it, I couldn't say anything. From then on, I became a loyal user of Binance.

I believe that being able to stand in the users' position to help them solve problems is a responsibility and duty that a responsible organization should have. I think it is this sense of responsibility that has won the trust and favor of millions of users.
