On the 9th, Trump responded to multiple pieces of information related to Musk.

U.S. media: Trump "breaks his silence" and publicly responds for the first time to "Musk's drug use", while the person involved denies the rumors again.

According to U.S. media (Beast Daily), on June 9 local time, U.S. President Trump made his first public response regarding American entrepreneur and former government efficiency chief Elon Musk being accused of drug use, saying he wasn't sure whether Musk had used illegal drugs at the White House but "hoped" he had never done so. Musk also spoke out the same day, again denying the related reports.

According to reports, when asked if he believed Musk had ever done drugs at the White House, Trump replied, "I really don't know. I don't think so; I hope not. I wish him well. We used to have a good relationship, and I just hope he is doing well."

The report mentioned that before Musk and Trump had a public dispute, the U.S. (New York Times) had reported on May 30 that Musk had used excessive drugs during his time as Trump's "close advisor" and frequently used ketamine. Musk subsequently vehemently denied this report, calling it fake news, but he admitted to using ketamine, stating it was prescribed by a doctor for treating depression.

On the evening of June 9 local time, Musk again denied rumors about his drug use, stating in response to a related post on social media platform X that he had undergone about three years of random drug testing and found no traces of drugs or alcohol.

"Whenever someone says I do drugs, you can immediately know they are a big liar. You should know I'm one of the most photographed people on Earth, and I meet all kinds of people seven days a week! Plus, I had random drug tests for about three years because I took a puff (of marijuana) with comedian Joe Rogan. No traces of drugs or alcohol were found." Musk said.
