Candlestick charts are a type of chart used to display price movements in financial markets, widely applied in stock, forex, and cryptocurrency markets. Each candlestick represents price fluctuations over a certain time period and contains the following four pieces of information:

1. Opening Price: The price at the start of the candlestick.

2. Closing Price: The price at the end of the candlestick.

3. High Price: The highest price during the time period.

4. Low Price: The lowest price during the time period.

Candlesticks come in two colors:

• Bullish (green or white): Closing price is higher than the opening price, indicating a rising market.

• Bearish (red or black): Closing price is lower than the opening price, indicating a declining market.

The combination patterns of candlesticks can help traders analyze market trends and predict future movements.
