Be careful! Due to the rise of @KaitoAI and @cookiedotfun, many have started to follow each other, resulting in an increase in followers. A vast number of scammers have seen an opportunity! The targets of these scammers are bloggers whose follower counts have just started to grow.

They will send you direct messages, including but not limited to:

1. You are a promising blogger; I want to collaborate with you.

2. I want to offer you a weekly salary of $3000; I have a job managing a community.

3. I have a project to test; I will pay you for your participation.

In summary: Their tactic is to entice you with high profits, making you excited and eager to collaborate with them.

At this point, here comes the key part:

They will say, let’s have a meeting to understand the collaboration details.

As a novice blogger, you are very excited,

You say, okay, brother, sure!

The other party says: Let’s go to MEET for a meeting. (This could be any meeting software)

You think to yourself: This is so professional; really impressive! I’m ready to take off (reverse takeoff, brother, you’re in for a ride).

Then they send you a link, saying join our meeting with this link.

You click it, and it prompts you to download something.

They say: Ah yes, that’s it; maybe your computer didn’t recognize it, or the version is too old.

In any case, a pile of excuses to make you download something.

At this point, there’s not much to say; you downloaded it, and your wallet got emptied.

Okay, next is all my experiences from my blockchain career, brothers, sharing with you.

All the meetings I organized, big and small, were conducted via WeChat and TG.

(Perhaps it’s because I’m a small-time player, but I really haven’t held meetings elsewhere)

The only time I used Google Meet was for an official meeting with Binance, so it was on Google.

Therefore, when you see anyone asking you to download various strange meeting software, be especially cautious.

If you learned something, give me a thumbs up, thank you very much. 🥰
