#TradingMistakes101 #TradingMistakes101 I know for many people, after a long week in trading, it takes real motivation to sit down and analyze everything.
If you've done well, you might say to yourself, "What's the point of bothering?".
If you've done poorly, you might think: "I can't bear to remember all my mistakes, I'll just try harder next week" without a solid plan about what you'll work on and, most importantly, how to improve it.
You have to fight these thoughts to consistently improve performance.
I have tweeted this review process many times. Remember: curiosity is the foundation for improvement.
