London Session (09:00 - 17:00 Saudi Time): The most active trading period, especially when overlapping with the New York session.

New York Session (15:00 - 23:00): The second most active session and considered ideal for trading US dollar pairs.

Best Timing: Overlap of the London and New York sessions (from 15:00 to 17:00), where liquidity increases and great opportunities arise.
