Today I sat down to write again - because the market is going crazy, and I am going crazy with it. 😅

And here’s what I realized (yes, once again): we are all on swings, some with a smile on their face and dreams of a Lambo, while others - with tears in their eyes, looking at a red portfolio. 🎢

🎯 Bull market: everyone is a genius until the bear market starts

When the market is rising - you are not a trader, you are almost Elon Musk. Everything is going up, and even if you bought a coin with a name like FlokiInuPump420, you are already a genius investor.

🟢 Bought - and you feel like a hero.

🟢 Woke up - portfolio is green.

🟢 Friends envy.

🟢 Suddenly, everyone becomes financial gurus in Telegram.

But! This is all a sweet deception. The main thing is not to catch a star and not to jump into a trade when the train has already left, and you are still on the platform with eyes like: 'I'll catch up...' 🤡

📌 Moral: In a bull market, almost everyone wins. Even those who don't know what they are doing. But it's temporary. Very temporary.

🧨 Bear market: welcome to reality

But the bear market is a completely different story.

🔴 Everything is falling.

🔴 Emotions explode.

🔴 Panic becomes the new coffee in the morning.

🔴 Even 'eternal holders' start whispering to themselves: 'Maybe I should sell at least half?...'

This is the time when the market shows who is in the tank and who is on the roof with a phone in hand and an order down 40%.

Do you know who stays? Those who:

✅ does not scream when in the red;

✅ does not dump as soon as there is a rollback;

✅ and most importantly - does not whine.

🧘‍♂️ The bear market is not a disaster. It is a purgatory where newcomers lose money, and veterans collect future wealth.

✌️ Who are you in a bear market?

🔸 90% - Dumpers.

Bought 'on the advice of a blogger', then got scared, dumped... then bought again, dumped again. And so on until only dust remains in the balance.

🔸 10% - Survivors and gatherers.

Cold mind, strategy, risk management. These guys don’t panic, they accumulate. And then they emerge like sharks when the market starts to rise again.

🎯 This is how I want to relate to things. It doesn't always work - yes. Sometimes I act stupidly. Sometimes I get emotional. But I try. I learn. I move forward.

⚙️ My checklist for the bear market:

🔒 Control your emotions. Panic? Stop. Breathe. Write in the notebook. Don’t hit 'sell'.

📚 Learn. Watch graphs. Read smart people. Make mistakes - but draw conclusions.

📦 Diversification. Don’t put all your money into one coin. Even if it's a 'super prospect'.

📉 Risk management. Decide in advance how much you are willing to lose. And don't exceed it.

📌 Plan. And not just in words. Right in the notebook or Notion. Write it down - stick to it.

📊 How am I acting right now?

I sit 50–65% in the market, the rest is in stablecoins.

If we go even lower - I will buy.

If not - well, profit is profit.

🎯 I am not trying to guess the bottom, I am building a strategy.

🧠 CONCLUSION:

> Bear market is not the end. It's a test of maturity.

Not for whiners. Not for ‘I want x's tomorrow’.

This is the time of quiet victories. In the mind. In habits. In strategy.

I am still learning myself. Not always stable. Sometimes I act like an idiot. But it's better to admit it honestly than to wear the 'guru' mask.

You can survive too if you stop waiting for freebies and start really working on yourself and your portfolio.

😎 The finale

So, are you still here?

Then draw conclusions, make tea, and go work on yourself, instead of whining in the chat.

👉 And if you liked it - like, subscribe, hit the bell, all that.

Didn’t like it? Well... I'm already used to it 😎
