There was news circulating recently about 1.1 billion dollars being invested on USDC. My question is; isn't it a stable coin? Why are we seeing ups and downs? There was a point is was more than 3 dollars It seems to me to be a bit too unstable to be called a stable coin. May be there's something I don't understand.
