In 2019, Circle's business at that time included not only USDC but also Poloniex. We took over some shares from a domestic institution, focusing on the exchange business rather than stablecoins. Later, when Circle sold Poloniex, a friend suggested selling the shares we held, but we were stuck in negotiations that never reached an agreement.
