In the past few days, many people's accounts have been restricted, and I believe many have been wrongly banned, but the official side will not admit it. Let me share my situation and solution; it might not work later.

.

I have four accounts: mine, my wife's, and my parents', as well as my mother-in-law's relatives' information, which is not useful; I don't want to cause trouble. Today, when participating in a new project, I suddenly found that one account was restricted. This account has one device, one number, and one SIM card, with no WiFi or VPN used. There was over 10,000 USDT in it, and I manually traded using Alpha. I also have 62840230692, and occasionally traded with it. It’s an old account of several years, and it got restricted too, which I feel is quite unfair. I suspect that I had installed a cloning app on my phone while playing other projects before. However, I never used it to log into Binance, but it read my application information and caused my phone to be restricted. One group member has the same situation; he also has this software, and I've heard that fewer Apple devices are being restricted this time.

.

The solution is to log in with a different device, but face recognition is still required during the login process. I don't know if changing the account on the previously restricted phone will work, but some people say clearing the cache and logging in again will be fine. However, I deleted all data and tried to log in again, but it still shows restricted. Changing devices definitely works.
