I do not know any profession, except trading, where you can become a cool specialist in just a few years and earn tens of thousands of dollars a month. So why, if this is such a cool and well-paid job, do so few people become traders?

One of the main factors is a flaw in our psyche, namely its dependence on dopamine. Essentially, it is a complete dopamine addict. And like any complete addict, he is capable of justifying any, even the most inadequate behavior for the sake of a dose.

How this manifests in trading. A person comes to the market, starts making the first trades, and suddenly it turns out that at the moment when you are making a profit, you begin to feel incredibly great. Self-esteem rises, confidence in oneself grows, and dreams of a Lamborghini and a 'golden airship that takes you to the island of prostitutes' start to surface. A little time passes, and, unnoticed by yourself, you begin to make trades not so much to earn money but to experience the thrill of a rising PnL. From this moment on, you are already hooked.

Later, after a few months, maybe even a year, when you lose several deposits, a thought appears in your mind: something is not right here. And gradually you come to understand that trading is not a freebie and not quick money, but rather a complex job that requires knowledge and a professional approach. Somewhere in your subconscious, you already feel that without serious education, creating your trading system, without collecting statistics, and all that, you will not succeed. And here people find themselves at a fork in the road, which, in essence, determines their future fate.

Most are not ready to give up the quick thrill of a profitable trade and continue to trade at a loss. Even realizing that they are unlikely to succeed in this profession. They simply do not have the strength to get off this hook. Others, understanding that without education and a systematic approach, there is nothing to do here, simply leave the exchange empty-handed. They are not ready to spend more time on education. And there is a third, much smaller category of people who make the difficult but only right decision – to go learn. It is from them that the very traders emerge for whom trading becomes the best profession in the world, allowing them to live the high life.

Wishing you all profits and not to make the wrong choice!
