Don't be deceived by #Weex ! Customer service actively messages you, proposing 'exception handling' or fund freezing.
A common step in cryptocurrency scams: you suddenly receive a private message from 'platform customer service', saying your account is abnormal, suspected of money laundering, and needs 'capital verification to unlock'... Once you believe it and comply, you're basically falling into a trap.
Please remember:
✅ Legitimate platform customer service will never message you to ask for a transfer or verification code.
✅ Human customer service of platforms like WEEX only has a ticketing system within the official app and does not proactively reach out.
