US COURT FREEZES 57 MILLION DOLLARS IN USDC ALLEGEDLY LINKED TO THE LIBRA SCANDAL.

I’ll tell you that a court in Manhattan froze 57 million dollars in USDC. Do you remember the memecoin Libra? Well, it seems that this money is neck-deep in that scam.

This involves two digital wallets holding that money. One has about 44.6 million dollars and the other, called "Libra Team Wallet 1", around 13.4 million dollars. In total, more than 57.5 million USDC!

Apparently, these funds are related to Hayden Mark Davis, who is accused of stealing about 110 million dollars in that entire Libra scam. Although those wallets haven't moved since that crypto crashed, now the justice system has stepped in to secure the money and see if anything can be recovered for those who were left without a dollar.

And be careful, it's not just moving in the United States. In Argentina, with federal judge María Servini, they are going all out.

This shows that scams involving cryptocurrencies are becoming more frequent and that justice is getting its act together globally.
