KaitoAI's social experiment project @stayloudio will launch a token using IAO on May 31st, currently ranking first on the Kaito popularity leaderboard.
IAO consists of 2 rounds:
Round 1: The top 1000 yappers on the @KaitoAI Loud leaderboard can secure a whitelist.
Round 2: Open to users of the Kaito community, eligibility requires a Twitter account with more than 10 smart followers and a linked Solana address.
IAO timing: May 31st at 10 PM (Beijing time)
Will launch on @HoloworldAI's HoloLaunch.
Goal: Raise 400 SOL and release 45% of $LOUD.
Phase 1: Wallets of the top 1000 Kaito Yappers on the #LOUD project, with a maximum contribution of 0.2 SOL per person, open for only 2 hours, this is a guaranteed whitelist.
Phase 2: All eligible Yappers' wallets, expected to exceed 120,000, with a maximum contribution of 0.2 SOL per person, this is a lucky whitelist. If oversubscribed, the individual FCFS quota will be reduced to a minimum of 0.05 SOL, with excess amounts automatically refunded.
Addresses that participated in Phase 1 cannot enter Phase 2 again.
If you haven't registered for a Kaito account yet, you can create one, just remember to link your Solana wallet.
