A coin without volumes and without volatility, but there is a cascade of quite beautiful low levels on the 1H. I think it can be considered for a breakout, but only on an actively falling $BTC and if a point appears in the order book (often the market maker itself places a large limit order in support of the movement to push the price beyond the levels and collect liquidity)
