Step 1: Create and verify your Binance account

If you do not have an account:

  1. Access Binance.com.

  2. Register with email or phone number.

  3. Identity verification (KYC): Provide a photo of your ID/passport and take a selfie as instructed.

Step 2: Buy USDT with VND through P2P

The most popular method for users in Vietnam is to buy through P2P trading (peer to peer):

  1. Log in to Binance.

  2. On the menu bar, select 'Trade' > 'P2P'.

  3. Select the 'Buy' tab, then select USDT.

  4. Set up filters:

    • Select currency as VND. (150,000 VND)

    • Choose a suitable payment method such as: bank transfer (VPBank, Vietcombank, etc.)

  5. Choose a reputable seller (preferably someone with a 'Verified' tick and a high completion rate).

  6. Enter the amount you want to buy, click 'Buy USDT'.

  7. Make the bank transfer according to the information provided by the seller.

  8. After transferring, click 'I have transferred the money'.

  9. The seller confirms, and USDT will be transferred to the Funding wallet (P2P Trading Wallet).

Step 3: Transfer USDT to Spot wallet for trading

  1. Go to Wallet > Funding (P2P Trading Wallet).

  2. Click 'Transfer', select transfer from Funding to Spot.

  3. Select USDT, enter the amount to transfer, and confirm.

Step 4: Trade USDT on the exchange

Now you can:

  • Buy other coins/tokens with USDT in the 'Trade > Spot' section.

  • Trade Futures, or use it for other investments as you wish
