I do not use an alarm clock. I leave the curtains open in the evening and wake up naturally. This decision eliminates unnecessary stress at the moment of waking.
🎇The first hour of the morning is the most important. It is divided by the principle of 20–20–20:
• 20 minutes of warm-up💪
I do basic exercises: squats, push-ups, crunches. This helps wake me up, initiates dopamine production, and gradually improves physical fitness.
Also, in addition to warming up, I added running: it's tough for now, but I'm gradually getting into it.
• 20 minutes of meditation🪶
I perform a simple breathing practice in a square pattern: inhale — pause — exhale — pause. I sit quietly in complete silence, without tasks or activity. This time is unoccupied, and that is its meaning.
• 20 minutes of self-development🧪
I use this time to explore something new. I choose material that develops logic, systematic thinking, or professional skills.
🪫Such a morning ritual does not exhaust you, but instead energizes and motivates you for the rest of the day.
95% of people wake up with a phone in hand and instead of personal time, they immediately dive into feeds, news, and chats🧟
And, strangely enough, 95% of traders are consistently losing. Perhaps this is not a random coincidence.
👉Tomorrow morning is a great time to step out of this statistic.
Dedicate the first hour after waking up to yourself, and you will be amazed at how much richer, more productive, and more pleasant your day will be🪩
