In the series-deciding third and final T20, Bangladesh has set a target of 163 runs for the United Arab Emirates. The highest score for the team came from Zaker Ali's bat, with 41 runs.

On Wednesday (21 May), the visiting Bangladesh team batted after losing the toss at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

Initially, the two openers Tanzid Tamim and Parvez Imon played cautiously. The team score reached 10 runs in the first over.

Then came a sudden collapse. In the very first ball of the second over, Imon was sent back to the pavilion after scoring a 'golden duck'. Captain Litton Das came to the crease. He departed for the pavilion after scoring 14 runs off 10 balls.

Another batter, Towhid Hridoy, also could not make runs that day. He returned for zero runs. Mehedi left the crease after becoming Haider Ali's third victim with just 2 runs.
