最近这几个月推特多是分享事实性的结果 这是因为分享欲下降了很多 人们说“活人感”就是由分享欲、个体情感等等组成 回想起玩CT最快乐的时光 还是发挥我视角下信息潜在的价值给同频的人 好久没写长文了 今天就分享两个今天看到有意思的信息 背后折射出的潜在趋势是我更感兴趣的 1. 币股互融趋势：Crypto企业例如Gemini争取上美股IPO，另一方面Tradfi证券交易所开放交易Crypto。这个趋势在Trump Administration是越来越明显了，尤其SEC放松监管后。这点不只是体现在国泰君安国际这件事上，还有老虎证券 $TIGR 。 这是因为今天出的SEC 13G 文件：火币Founder李林通过 Avenir Tech → Avenir View → Avenir Investment 三级架构，买下 10,667,580 ADS（5.9%） 老虎证券在美国 FINRA & 新加坡 MAS 双牌照，但对加密合规空白。而李林老板手上应该握有在香港、迪拜、新加坡的VASP 牌照，补强了这一块的监管。 股票层面上 $TIGR 本身底子也不算太差，今天迎来了18%的小涨，交易量达到了过去3 个月均量的 4倍，一部分资金已经开始入场了。基本面其实增长也不错，2025Q1 收入YOY +55%，EPS翻倍、客户资产YoY涨了+48%，都很亮眼。对比Futu 160亿市值，Tiger目前15.4亿有10x的想象空间，而且TTM营收TIGR已经有futu的1/4了。PS 3.1，futu 接近7.8。 Anyway，分析财务和这些数据不是本文的主要落脚点，欢迎更懂的朋友聊一聊，我就不在此赘述，关注点还是放在这次入股后带来币股融合趋势下Narrative的想象空间。这也是 $CRCL 以及今天国泰君安情绪盘event带给我的重要启示（狗头） 2. 关于Arthur Hayes在bitcoin 2025接受邦尼以及David Lin的访谈 这个访谈我很喜欢，shout out to @TheBonnieChang 因为在Crypto每天碎片化的信息流里，经常会一叶障目。Arthur Hayes Crypto Native实战派的身份加上宏观的解读可以帮我理解了宏观层面一些问题的困扰，例如 1. 台北房价的走势以及流动性的合理性 2. 为什么从HTF以及宏观角度 $BTC 的上行是毋庸置疑的 这就值得之后进一步写了，慢慢消化，慢慢浸他 欢迎私信以及评论交流
