Job Responsibilities:

Provide professional and timely customer support to infini overseas users (English/Chinese);

Carefully answer users' questions related to infini and related card products;

Systematically collect and organize user feedback, identify potential opportunities to enhance user experience;

Efficiently connect with product and development teams, promote continuous product optimization, and continuously improve infini user satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Familiar with infini or similar payment card products, have customer support or product-related experience, love products, and have a strong service awareness and willingness to grow;

Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills;

Structured thinking, focus on user experience, with systematic thinking and summarization skills;
