Merlin Trading Competition: Trade MERL and Win a Share of $1 Million in Rewards

Dear Binance Users,
Binance Wallet is excited to launch the Merlin Trading Competition on Binance Alpha! During the promotion period, users can trade the MERL token using Binance Wallet (Keyless) or Binance Alpha to win a share of the rewards. If you are allowed to trade Alpha tokens on Binance, you are eligible to join this competition.
Promotion Period:
From: 20 May 2025, 09:00 (UTC)
To: 3 June 2025, 09:00 (UTC)
Competition Rules:
• Participants will be ranked based on their total MERL token purchases during the promotion.
• The top 10,000 users (based on purchase volume) will equally share 9,840,000 MERL tokens.
Each of these users will receive 984 MERL.
Important Notes:
• Only trades done through Binance Wallet (Keyless) or Binance Alpha will be counted.
Transactions through third-party dApps do not count.
• Only purchases are counted. Selling MERL will not be considered.
• No volume limit – there’s no maximum trading volume.
• Token bridging transactions are not eligible.
How to Join:
1. Update your Binance App to the latest version.
2. Make sure you have created and backed up your Binance Wallet (Keyless).
3. During the promotion, trade MERL using Binance Wallet (Keyless) or Binance Alpha.
4. After the promotion ends, Binance will calculate rankings automatically.
5. Winners will get their rewards in their Binance Alpha accounts.

• If there is a conflict between terms, these Activity Terms will take priority.
• Only users from eligible regions who complete KYC verification and have an active Binance Wallet can receive rewards.

• Binance can disqualify any user involved in cheating, fake accounts, self-dealing, or manipulation.
• Binance may change or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
Reward Distribution:
• Rewards will be given in MERL tokens.
• Rewards will be distributed by 17 June 2025, 16:00 (UTC).
• Winners can view their rewards in Binance Alpha or Binance Wallet (Keyless).
