Circle is in talks with Coinbase and Ripple regarding a potential acquisition deal.
Reports indicate that Ripple made an offer of 4-5 billion USD, involving a mix of cash and XRP tokens.
However, the offer was rejected. Brian Armstrong, CEO of Coinbase, commented that there is currently no announcement regarding any such deal.
