All users are eligible to participate in Alpha when..!
Alpha points 50->100 receive: 50% reward
Alpha points 100->150 receive 70% reward
Alpha points 150->200 receive 90% reward
Alpha points 200->220 receive 100% reward
15 points is the threshold and deducted according to their claim % rate!
So everyone can participate
