A word of advice: do not play in the crypto space with a domestic identity

Originally, I only saw many people online who raised issues with USDT because their accounts were frozen due to problems, and some even got involved in criminal cases. I thought it was just a minority of people who were unlucky. However, this issue has recently happened to someone close to me.

A friend who raised USDT was just released on bail, and from the analysis, it seems he will at least be charged with aiding and abetting. Whether or not he gets caught in a legal trap is one thing, but the key point is that having a criminal record affects generations.

From his perspective, it’s quite tragic. He had only ever deposited without withdrawing, and he had been liquidated multiple times. This time, he managed to catch the rise in January and thought he had broken even, planning to withdraw most of it and leave a little to play around with. Little did he know that as soon as he withdrew, trouble began. In his words: I don't mind losing money and getting liquidated, but once I make money, they want to go after me.

I truly advise everyone not to have a sense of false security. No matter how you try to avoid it, if you have a domestic identity, you will be 100% targeted if you encounter someone with a dirty account.

I suggest that either you don't play at all, or if you must play, go to a country that doesn't prohibit it and open an account there. Living without freedom is more painful than death, and it feels very unfair to be caught in legal troubles because of such matters.
