The Ethereum Foundation announced the launch of the "Trillion Dollar Security Program" on May 14, 2025, aimed at comprehensively enhancing the security performance of the Ethereum ecosystem to support the global economic infrastructure. Below is an introduction to the program:

- Objective: To allow users to securely manage assets on-chain while supporting institutions and governments to host trillion-dollar level value on Ethereum.

- Direction of Advancement: Promoting through three main areas: full-stack security risk assessment, improvements in key areas, and more transparent information dissemination. The project is led by foundation members Fredrik Svantes and Josh Stark, with support from three experts in the blockchain security field.
