FOMO – The fear of missing out on opportunities.

FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) is a common phenomenon that causes investors to jump into trades just because they see prices rising, high volume, and others making profits. They fear missing out on a 'good deal' without a clear strategy. The result is often buying at the peak, selling at the bottom, and accounts evaporating quickly.

Stubborn trap – When the ego is bigger than the wallet.

Many traders after losing a trade often hold on to the losing position or average down against the trend in the hope that 'it will come back.' In reality, the market doesn't care what price you bought at. Failing to accept mistakes and not cutting losses in time turns small losses into account blow-ups.

Lack of capital management – The most dangerous systemic error.

Leverage too high, putting all capital into one trade, not setting SL – that is the fastest formula for bankruptcy. Many people win 5 consecutive trades only to lose everything on the 6th trade because they don't have a clear capital allocation rule.

Remedial measures – Discipline creates profit.

✅ Plan before entering a trade: Clearly write down entry point, SL, TP, trade volume. If these 3 elements are not sufficient – do not enter.

✅ Maintain trading discipline: Do not let emotions guide you. Feeling FOMO? Turn off the app, go for a walk. Just lost a trade? Stop, review the system.

✅ Split capital, mandatory SL: Each trade should not risk more than 2–3% of the account. Not having SL is like burning your own wallet in a highly volatile market.

✅ Trade transaction statistics: Keep a daily trade log. Identify mistakes to avoid repeating them.

Conclusion

A good trader is not someone who is always right, but someone who preserves capital to continue playing the long game. Trading is not a competition to guess the tops and bottoms, but a test of psychology, discipline, and risk management.

📌 Don't let emotions drive your wallet. Keep a cool head – your wallet will be warm.
