I chose to ask customer service:
1. Why is on-chain withdrawal not supported? Am I holding a delivery receipt or real tokens?
2. Why can't I choose to sell at a loss below 5u? Shouldn't there be a limit set? If I'm willing to pay gas, shouldn't I be able to exchange on-chain?
3. Why can't I support small exchanges of alpha for bnb to stop losses?
