I recently wrote a program to study the staking interest of the mind network's agentic world ($fhe), but as a piece of advice, please read till the end!!!
Here I see that the annualized interest rate is currently 140%, which is 140/100=1.4.
We tested with 100 fhe as input, and the interest for the first day is 0.383 fhe.
The calculation formula is 100*1.4/365, everyone can enter it in the calculator.
The staked tokens of fhe cannot be retrieved instantly, but the interest from fhe can be retrieved in a timely manner and staked immediately.
So the next day, we can input (100+0.383)*1.4/365 to get the second day's interest of 0.385 fhe.
Following this, the final result received by the program is 404 fhe. Additionally, we can observe that the interest after 24 days, which is almost a month, can reach 0.418.
Of course, this method has its drawbacks:
1. Calculate on-chain gas.
The cost of retrieving and confirming on-chain is about 0.00004 bnb.
(Thanks to cz’s fee reduction proposal) Calculating with bnb at $700, approximately $0.03 per day.
For 365 days, the gas fee will cost about 10.95 usd.
But fortunately, this is a relatively fixed value. Everyone spends consistently. If your daily fhe interest is enough to cover on-chain gas, you can use this method for reinvestment; otherwise, you can extend the operation frequency, perhaps a week or a month?
2. fhe coin price risk.
After all, fhe is not a stablecoin; its price fluctuates up and down.
Additionally, the project team has not given up the right to increase the supply.
However, I have calculated that this operation can yield about 400% interest in a year.
That is, I can tolerate the coin price dropping from 0.111 to 0.025.
However, I believe that the fhe project team has a vision and ambition, and they won't make the data look too bad before going live on Binance. After all, we need to look at on-chain activity, project development, and other indicators.
3. fhe staking rate risk.
You can see that the current staking rate is 140%, the highest.
There are new projects/partners, and new projects will instantly soar to 400%.
If it drops, I will run away.
Of course, this will also lead to a significant drop in fhe, which does not align with the goal of making the on-chain look good before going live.
Finally, let me introduce my strategy: Hold onto fhe reinvestment until it goes live on Binance, then sell (at least the vast majority). Of course, I do not plan to shut down the agent. I made back my 100 fhe from last month.
